Your whole fleet in your pocket
The Fleet manager portal app gives instant online access to all of your fleet’s vital statistics, vehicle information and metrics. Full service history with drill downs to job details and parts fitted is also provided. Inspections, reminders, driver’s defects and documents can all be easily accessed.
Fleet manager can be used at different levels:
- Fleet managers have a complete overview of all vehicles at all sites.
- Depot managers can see their own select group of vehicles.
- Drivers can see full details of their assigned vehicle.
Added value for your customers
Our GoMobile Customer portal app allows commercial vehicle workshops to offer a value added service to their customers.
Using the Accelerator fleet management software customers can access their own information online, accessing data about overdue service dates, details of the last repair, service or parts fitted, viewing MOT due dates, inspection reports online anytime.
Assignments and drivers checks
The Drivers portal allows any driver to assign their own vehicle from any fleet pool and complete their mandatory drivers’ checks. It also allows them to assign trailers as they are used and record mileage and conditions. Defects previously reported and outstanding can also be viewed and rechecked and new ones added included a more serious Vehicle Off Road (VOR) status. This will be flagged up in both the main Accelerator service desk and to the Fleet manager on their device. Reports, emails and SMS messages can be initiated if required. The app also provides roadside information about any aspect of the assigned vehicles.

Work from anywhere
This app has a variety of uses. It can be used for recovery work, remote site maintenance, and on-site workshop activities. Technicians can add new vehicles and their details, set up new jobs, add job details including faults and corrective actions and their own time-sheets. Workshop and fleet managers can set up new jobs and work assignments to individual technicians in the Accelerator main system and these will appear instantly on the appropriate technician’s device.
For remote on-site technicians with their own van stock this app will allow them to issue and keep track of it as well as providing the opportunity to view stock at other locations including other van stock and main workshop stock. One-off parts can be added when off-site purchases are made. Customer work approval signatures can be captured and stored back in the main Accelerator system for later invoice enquiries and reconciliations.
Unlimited, paperless inspections
Our GoMobile inspections provide an unlimited number of pre-set templates for any type of vehicle, plant, equipment or asset. These can be configured and customised in the main Accelerator system. Inspections can be pre-assigned to any technician or added by any technician. Technicians can fill in a variety of sections, data fields, test criteria, faults types, and corrective actions. Tyre and brake test information can also be recorded. The tester and lead approvers can sign each inspection. Completed inspection sheets can be viewed in Pdf format and emailed directly to the customer if required.
Mobile and bar code stock management.
Used in conjunction with the Technicians module, the stock app allows viewing of stock in real-time from any location set up within the Accelerator system, including van stock. Stock items can be viewed for their stock quantity, allocated to jobs and on purchase. Stock can be issued from the app or by bar code reader to any job that is live in the system, including one-off parts. Stock takes can be done directly from any device using bar codes or by manual entry of values.
